Before it runs
Open the "New lead arrives" webhook node - it creates your private URL - and point your website form, landing page or Zapier/Make at it (POST JSON with name, email, phone, message, and optionally source). Connect Gmail (replies go from your address) and link your WhatsApp on a WhatsApp node. Turn the workflow on. Needs Basic or higher.
