Before it runs
Open the WhatsApp Trigger and tap "Connect my WhatsApp" (scan, send, confirm). Connect Gmail and Google Calendar under Integrations so the agent can act on them. Turn the workflow on. Needs the Basic plan or higher for chat and voice.
