By creating an account, accessing, or using Cira Iq, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cira Iq. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Cira Iq provides an AI-powered workflow automation platform that enables users to:

• Create and manage automated workflows using a visual builder
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services
• Build and deploy AI agents for task automation
• Process data and execute automated actions
• Monitor and analyze workflow performance
• Collaborate with team members on workflow projects

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of Cira Iq, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cira Iq. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

You agree to use Cira Iq only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use the platform to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users
• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive

5.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content, data, and workflows you create using Cira Iq ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

5.2 License Grant

By uploading or creating User Content/Automations on Cira Iq, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5.3 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and share your User Content & Automations

The Cira Iq platform, including all software, designs, graphics, logos, text, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to Cira Iq and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Cira Iq for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

The Cira Iq name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Cira Iq. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Cira Iq may integrate with or provide access to third-party services and APIs. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.

When you connect third-party services to Cira Iq, you authorize us to access and use the data from those services as necessary to provide our services to you.

8.1 Subscription Plans

Cira Iq may offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

8.2 Billing and Renewals

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

8.3 Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

8.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide advance notice of any price changes, and the new pricing will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cira Iq, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity

CiraIQ integrates with TikTok's API to provide social media automation features. By connecting your TikTok account to CiraIQ, you agree to the following terms:

12.1 Permitted Use

• You may only use TikTok integrations for lawful purposes and in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service
• You may not use CiraIQ to post spam, misleading content, or content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines
• You are responsible for all content published to TikTok via CiraIQ workflows

12.2 Authorization

By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize CiraIQ to access your TikTok profile, content, and analytics solely to execute the workflows you configure. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your CiraIQ settings or directly from your TikTok account.

12.3 TikTok Policy Compliance

Your use of TikTok features through CiraIQ is also governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service. CiraIQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. We make no warranties regarding the availability or functionality of TikTok's API.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Cira Iq after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services and may terminate your account.
