Before it runs
Two connections for the core template, nothing to paste. 1) Open the Telegram trigger and pick your bot - that binds it and registers the webhook. Do the same on the two Telegram send nodes. 2) Open the Google Calendar node and connect Google; that same connection also gives the agent Gmail and Sheets. The two team-channel nodes are optional: "Tell the team" needs Slack connected and a channel chosen, and "Alert the ops channel" needs a saved Discord credential before it will run. Delete either one if your team does not use it.
