Every weekday morning it reads who owes you from a Google Sheet, emails each person a friendly reminder and sends an M-Pesa payment prompt (STK push) to their phone. When they pay, their row is marked Paid and you get a WhatsApp with the receipt number. If they ignore it, you get a WhatsApp telling you who to follow up. No code steps.

Before it runs
Make a Google Sheet tab named "Debtors" with the columns Name, Email, Phone, Amount, Due and Status. Paying from the prompt marks their row Paid for you; write "Paid" yourself for cash or bank payments. Open "Read who owes you" and pick that spreadsheet, then connect Gmail in "Email the reminder". In "Ask them to pay" add your M-Pesa (Daraja) keys: to try it, choose Sandbox, shortcode 174379, your Daraja sandbox app's consumer key and secret, and the passkey from the Daraja simulator. Link your WhatsApp and turn it on.
Questions
- What goes in the sheet?
- A tab named "Debtors" with the columns Name, Email, Phone, Amount, Due and Status.
- What about cash or bank payments?
- Write "Paid" in the Status column yourself. Payments made from the prompt are marked Paid for you.
- Can I try it without real money?
- Yes. In "Ask them to pay", choose Sandbox with shortcode 174379 and your Daraja test keys.
